Angry!!!

Usually I wont post any entries during work lor, not even during lunch time... But I'm really angry and upset today... Argh!!!

Remember in my previous entries which I mentioned tat a package not booked?! Expectedly, the table was turned against me lor, pin-pointed at me... I'm labelled as 'the person who overlooked and din booked in the package'.. Kaoz!! I really felt 委屈 lor... But who will understand?! Mr H kip saying tat he knows and understands tat it's not my fault... But somehow, I dun think he buy tat story as well lor... Haiz~~ Yup, still searching and pending for a solution...

To make thingy worse, another advertiser said tat I forgot to book in 2 spots... Kaoz!! My fault again ah?! I remembered tat she did write an email stating to book a spot on 28oct and 31oct which we did lor... There's absolutely no email and instructions stating to book any spots on 24oct and 27oct lor... Well, according to Mr H, she said tat she verbally instructed me to book in a program on 27oct... Win liao lor! From my side, I remembered she called up to ask what's the holiday program on 27oct. I did tell her tat there's no holiday program lor... And she told me to confirm tat there's no holiday programs in which I did lor... Now, she's saying tat I told her tat there's no holiday program and she told me to book in any program avail... Harlow! How can I suka suka chose a program to book in for you?! Permission and instructions have to come from you lor... Everything you said so, then whatever I said = bullshit lah?! ARGH!!!
