FIFA World Cup 2010

Those who know me will know that I dun play/ like/ watch any sports. Be it golf, table tennis, tennis, badminton or whatever, I simply dun watch and dun understand their rules and regulations. Okie lah, the only sport that I'm interested to watch is swimming lah. The rest hor, thanks but no thanks lah..

So I actually surprised myself, my parents and frenz that I actually stayed up to watch the whole match last nite, which commenced at 0230hrs. Though Ms Chia keep commenting my eyes look tired and how tired I am, I still survived the whole match lor... Wahahahha..

Both Ms Chia and Ms Hui root for Germany. I think hor, almost everyone is rooting for Germany lor... Hurhur... Everyone cheers when Germany score a goal and sign when Uruguay score... Hurhur... Actually I dun support any particular team. And after the 2nd goal which is ard 50mins sth (i think), I actually can go home an sleep liao coz I only bet on 1 goal lah... LOL~~

It's a brand new experience for me. Not exactly pleasant experience but aint that bad as well lah... =)

Tonite is the final match - a match between Holland and Spain. Hmm... a match between Paul the octopus and Mani the parrot as well... Hurhur... The octopus = Spain and the parrot = Holland lah... So tmr morning we'll know whether do we get to eat grilled octopus or do we get to eat roasted parrot... LOL~~ Ermz, I hope the parrot wins lah... Not really bcoz of Holland but bcoz the parrot already loses the match when he pick Uruguay as the 3rd place winner. Another reason is bcoz the parrot nationality is Singapore lah... Hurhur... =p

I've decided!

Mi not going to play cafe world anymore! The app kips lagging and lagging and lagging! Damn fedup lor... Especially when you feeling damn sleepy and you still wanna collect ur dishes before u hop on to ur bed... I've got over 1,000 gifts to utilise BUT everytime I tried to use a gift, the system will hang there for say 15 - 30sec. Wanna cook a certain dish oso hang! Wanna collect food oso hang! Visit frenz' cafes oso hang! Change interior of the cafe oso hang! Dammit! It's really up to a pt tat I cant tahan liao...

So, rite now I still got the following apps tat I used frequently: Pet Society, My City Life, Slots, Scratch n win & Sudoku. Oh, it wont be long before I dumped My City Life... I dun have much neighbours which resulted in I cant expand my 'city'... Hurhur...

Games mah, dun take too seriously lah... These are juz for passing time lah... I did try to convince myself every now and then...

Movie - It's Complicated

2nd time I went movies with the gers at AMK Hub... Saw the trailers of It's Complicated last week... Tot tat the show might be quite interesting...

The plot: Jane (Streep) is in an amicable relationship with her ex-husband, attorney Jake (Baldwin) after a decade of divorce. But when Jane and Jake find themselves out of town for their son's college graduation, things start to get complicated. An innocent meal together turns into the unimaginable - an affair. I quite like the show actually... And I did think tat Meryl Streep is really a great actress, though my image of hers still somehow linger at Devil Wears Prada (ah yes, the devil)... After watching the show, the tots tat come to my mind is: 大人的世界好复杂啊!

Dinner at Popeyes.. It's kinda KFC-look-alike fast food restaurant... The food wasnt tat great.. The chicken tenders tat I'm having is kinda dry, hard to swallow... I would prefer KFC though I really, dislike the advertiser... Alot!

KTV session again after dinner... It's proven tat I really enjoyed singing rather than lancing/ partying... Date me for a KTV session would be much more easier than a party session these few days... Might not be a great singer but still enjoy alot... =)

More movies catcha? Or more ktv session? Unknown...

Oh ya, forgot to mention this: Hui, you're damn funny... LOL! With you ard, there isnt a boring moment to spare lor... Hurhur...

Juz to Update

I violated the rule... =( I went shopping again... Haiz~~~

Went shopping on last Sat... Was hoping to get some birthday gifts for my colleagues... Well, there's 4 of them who are born in January leh... I cant possibly give them those Christmas gifts which others have given me bah... I nid to buy sth to give them mah... It was a shopping trip that started with the intention of buying bday gifts for others.. But in the end, I bought thingy for myself instead... Accessories! I will use them mah... A book by Matilda Tao! Oh boy, she's a gd writer... And the final one - Aldo Necklace... Oh, I've been eyeing this necklace a few weeks back... It juz look so damn nice... I sound a little like the Shopaholic except that I dun have any credit cards and I dun have banks calling me to pay up...

Movie after shopping... Met up with Hui and Fen... Old Dogs - no idea abt wat the show abt but according to Hui, is a comedy... Okie, I din regret watching tat show... In my opinion, the show is better than the New Moon... I admit I really hate that show... Let me juz put it this way: it isnt the show tat I will be interested in... He left her coz he wants to protect her. And he left her, coz he wants to protect her as well... Wat kinda of protection is this ah? I dun understand and I doubt I want to understand. And I've to say this: the world still goes round and round even if you fall out of love lor... Part III? Wasnt looking tat forward...

KTV session after movie... Honestly, I would prefer KTV to partying anytime... Call me for ktv session would be so much easier as compared to partying (these few days)... Love singing as compared to lancing lah... Hurhur... Sing till 3am, but I still miz my song... Haiz~~~ Singing hrs was simply insufficient... More singing session pls...

And oh ya, before I forgot: Happy Birthday Quek! The party is still on this Friday! We will be having a smashing nite! Hurhur...

Educational Tour

Today marks the first day of the unpaid leave for this week... Hurhur... We registered for the Educational Tour organized by our very own company... The tour is not really tat enjoyable lor... =(

Met Quek, Mixue and Hui at CCK today... Educational tour at ard Lim Chu Kang there lah... So silly lor... The person-in-charge brought us to here, then said: This place is not opened today. Then brought us to another place and told us: This place is not opened today as well... Wah liew! Then brought us here for wat huh? Tsk tsk tsk...

We took lotsa fotos there... Yup, am gonna upload to facebook... =) Tat's my usual style... Hurhur... Kinda looking forward to tmr's activity... Hehe...

My New Camera

Think I shld have blogged abt this topic last week... Hehe... Slipped out of my mind... Haha... Yes peeps!! I bought my camera liao!! Yeah!

Sony DSC-W170... (Dun ask me abt the features and specifications.... I really know nuts lor... This is the very color that I bought... Haha... Aiya, wanted some other colors mah other than the normal black or silver.... Then this color stand out the most... Muahaha...

Think I mentioned to a couple of frenz tat I wanted to buy a camera... Initially was aiming at one of Canon's camera which was heavily advertising on prints recently... Canon mah... Supposingly good lor... And moreover, the price wasnt really steep lah... I seriously was thinking of getting tat lor... BUT when went to the stores and see hor, Ms Quek said a big NO lor... She said the camera look more like a toy camera lor (Yes, it does really look like a toy camera...)... I was determined to get a new camera lah... So went to explore other brands lor... Was aiming on another Canon's model but unfortunately, their pink color was out of stock lor... Yes, I only want PINK color!!! (Choose a gal color so tat my bro wont borrow or took the camera away mah... Muahaha...) Alotsa others to consider before I finally set my eyes on this... Hehe...

And yes, I did bring my new camera to the Dinner & Dance... But no, no photo taken with him... Sad... :( AND, I will definitely bring it out to wherever I go lor... Haha... I even bring it to work everyday... Haha...

Alcohol

And to update, I juz bought 2 bottles of white wine today... Hehe... White wine is healthier as compared to vodka bah... Hehe... The only problem is I dunno how long will the 2 bottles lasted me... Haha...

Ya ya... I know... Excessive drinking is unhealthy... I will take note... Dun worry too much, okie? :)

Updates...

Yeah! After waiting for a few days (less than 2 weeks lah...), my laptop finally made its arrival yesterday! Woohoo!!! (Yup! Am using my latest gadget to key in this entry... :) ) Of coz, i'll be hunting some accessories for this gadget... Thus, will need to spend more money liao... :(

Work wise... Sighz... My fastfood advertiser gonna send in booking... It's not that they sent in bookings that upsetting me. It's the campaign start date that totally turned me off lor... Pls lah, tell you got sponsorship clash on Olympic Period and you die die still wanna go in... So sianz... Then tat Mr H lor, tell him that the fastfood advertiser cannot go in liao mah... He still wants them to go in... Kip telling me bo bian. Really bo bian anot? 你真的是要我死你才甘心啊?

Really kinda sianz of work lor, especially when you found out that someone messed up your bookings, yet again... Sighz... Campaign ended on 26 liao mah... How come still got 1 spot on 27? Not tat I want to 冤枉 her lah, but based on her previous records, she's the most 可疑 one lor... 心真的是瞬间凉了一半 lor... Me? Why me again? Can those 2 sisters juz leave me and my booking alone?

And dear Ms Quek, 你可以不要一直针对他吗? 他真的有那么令你反感吗? 从发型到穿着到车子到行为表情到言行举止, 你好像都很不满 woh... 他到底是哪里得罪你啊?

Johor Trip

Went to JB yest with Ms Quek... It's really been a long time since I last went there lor... Well, I dun like the traffic there lor... Kinda 乱lor... Not to mention their toilets as well...

Mit Ms Quek at ard 9.30am at Kranji MRT... Wanna to get in early to avoid traffic conjestions lah... Anyway, I was there early... And silly me, went in with an empty stomach... By the time we reached JB, it's almost 11am liao lor... And I'm straving! We headed to City Square to get some food 1st... Went to a Hongkong Cafe... Cant rem the name liao but Bosco was the 代言人... The food was so-so... But I like the beverage very much - Vitagen Ice-Blended (I think)... It's really really nice... After lunch, we started our shopping spree liao... Well, we aimed mostly on shoes lah... We barged in to almost every shoes shop... But disappointed leh, each of us only got 2 pairs of shoes in the end... Sianz...

Of coz, we did not shop only at City Square lah... Went to Metro Jaya and Holiday Plaza as well... Think tat's the very places that almost every Singaporeans would go bah... Did our manicure and pendicure at Holiday Plaza... Makan at Pizza Hut, Holiday Plaza... Nothing impressive abt the pizzas there... In fact, there's nothing worth mentioning - from the service to the food...

Oh yes, we oso dine at Secret Recipes as well... The service is, likewise, equally so-so... It's the cakes tat lures us to visit them... But the cakes can be more delicious if they were chilled at the right temperature lah... Think they are trying to save the environment - turn up a temperature higher, you can not only save money, but oso save the earth...

Think I would go JB again if possible... Not because of those wonderful services or watever, it's because of those heels lor... I want more shoes!

My New Toy

Bought a new toy recently... Hehe... DS Lite...

Anyway, try hard to restrict myself not to get so hooked up lor... Hopefully it works lah...
