A day medical leave today. With the usual cause - flu. Spent a day resting at home. Sleep, sleep, sleep. Kip on sleeping like a log. After a day rest, I still feel the same leh - irritating throat, runny nose and aching bones. Yes, the medicine are not 仙丹, cant expect them to work with immediate effect.
Wasnt feeling too good, ever since I came back from my trip... And there's a few options tat triggered tat:
1) Too much karaoke. Went karaoke for 2 nites woh. Tsk tsk tsk... Not 2 consecutive nites lah, but still kinda 傷身/聲.
2) Too much heaty food. The trip is filled with countless of food lor... Tsk tsk tsk... Heaty food aint too good for the health. And it really 印證 lor...
3) The weather. Think Taiwan is kinda dry lor... Nid to drink plenty of h20 to replenish 水份, which I failed to do so. Tsk tsk tsk (again...)
Can I choose option 3 for the main culprit?! It's been almost the same case as my previous trip mah... Oso down with flu and an irritated throat.
Drink plenty of water, the doctor said. Ya ya ya... Will try to listen and put tat to action. But for the time being, let me continue to rest first bah. Early closure for this week lah, my body nid to feel better before work came crushing down.
