
Well, the story goes: One of my staff resigned last month... However, she had worked more than 60 days and less than than 183 days for last year... Hence, she kena tax 15% of her income lor... But if she managed to find a job within 2 months, she can claim back this sum of money lah... So we informed her abt this... So she started searching for a job... However, in less than 1 month, she returned to my company to work...

Here's the step lah: Was informed by the guy at IRAS tat for claiming back the sum of money, she needs to work for at least 183 days for this year. Then after 183 days, she can write in to request for a Tax Assessment Revise... In her letter, she gotta state her current Company, her Date of Commencement... Her current company gotta produce a letter stating tat she had worked in this company from when till when... (Luckily, I've got the format or else need to figure out wat to write again...) With these 'evidence', the IRAS will then proceed with her claims (Or do u call tat as refunds? *Scratch Head*) Hope I din miss out anything...
