2007 is Coming To An End...

Aiyo! 2007 is coming to an end soon.... Let me do a recap of what 'great' things have I done this year....

First thing tat appeared in my mind is my Taiwan trip in November... Went to Taiwan in November with my colleague-cum-fren, Ms Chia... Was pretty calm abt the whole trip until the day finally arrived... Both of us were dead busy trying to clear our bookings before we went on holidays mah... Until I finally stepped out of my hse on 1 Nov, 6.20am, I finally felt excited.... Hehe... Taiwan! One of the countries tat I had been dreaming and wishing of going liao... Spent 11days over at Taiwan... My longest holiday till date.... Haha... Taken 500 over photos... And till date, I still haven sorted out the photos and develop them... Till date, I still missed the 北海道白咖哩 donut... Till now, I still missed the 师大夜市's chicken chop... I will definitely revisit Taiwan again... 至于何时, 就很难说了... Hehe...

Year 2007, I oso changed my job... To another different industry... Haha... Have joined the big media industry this year... Gotta see different celebrities almost everyday... Come to think of it, I think I changed job quite frequent lah... From hotel service industry to property admin, then to restaurant HR Admin, then now to Media industry... Not tat I wanna changed tat often lah... It's the environment and the money factor tat are 'seducing' me (especially the latter one)... Hehe... And yes, I really am very grateful tat I'd changed my job lor... Though I gotta wake up at 6.30am every weekday... No regrets!!!

I started my online spree shopping again... Haha... And had even 'spread the virus' to my colleagues...

Not forgetting 无缘无故 become the MC for my previous company's 尾牙宴... My bonus was delayed and reduced to half month only...

The demise of 许纬伦 in January which upset me for quite a few days... Her death is too sudden, which makes everyone hard to accept and believe...

My first indoor stadium concert... The concert tat triggered my memory... 要不是观赏了他的演唱会，我都忘了原来我以前好喜欢他的。。。 And oso thanks to this concert lor, I started to search for his songs again... Haha...

Ya, almost forgot... I bought a new 'toy' this year as well - My nearly 1-mth-old Apple iPod... Haha... My previous mp3 player was kinda 快不行了... So decided to buy a new mp3 player lor...

2007 年的 365 天， 我就用了101个 blog entry 来转告/ 交代了我这一年的点点滴滴。。。当然不是每样东西都能写，不是没件事件都值得纪念， 我的人生也没那么丰富，所以不可能天天写一份 entry 的。。。每个月能写一些, 我就应该谢天谢地了！ 至少有这些愉快、生气、难过、紧张、轻松、惊奇、无聊、迷糊等等。。。的事情，让我这一年就这样‘打混’过去了。。。Hehe... 虽然我的文笔不是很好，但也算过的去吧！（没错啦！我在自己安慰自己啦！）来年，也许我会继续努力地写我的部落格，也许又会让我的部落格休息了。。。到时候再决定吧！

Merry Christmas!!!

Wow! Have been 2 weeks liao since my last entry... Have been really quite busy recently lah... With work and personal... Hehe...

First of all, work! Our new booking system is gonna run soon... Was doing OT for almost the whole of last week... 1st day work till 11.30pm, 2nd day till 10.50pm, 3rd day till 1.15am... Wah kaoz... Super tiring lor... Thank goodness tat Christmas is juz round the corner! Gonna enjoy this Christmas before more OTs coming on the way... Hehe...

Personal! Wah kaoz, dun anyhow think can? Personal doesn't equal to BGR only lah... Wanna buy presents for my colleagues, friends and relatives... But really feel tat 时间不够用 lor... Where on earth to find tat extra time and energy to go shopping leh? So really rushing to do last min Christmas shopping lor... And was actually spending my whole Saturday afternoon wrapping gifts... Had wrapped ard 20 gifts tat day... Oh boy! I really felt like I'm wkin in the department store, those giftwrap counters...

Anyway, wishing all a MERRY CHRISTMAS & Have A GREAT Year Ahead!!!

Work Work Work!!! And Shopping!

Yes, I'm gonna talk abt work again... Due to work, I'm becoming like a naggy old lady liao lah... Work is getting more and more tedious, more and more tiring... I dunno... Maybe bcoz of the new system starting soon... Maybe bcoz it's year end liao and agencies and advertisers tot people would juz stay at home and watch more TV programs... Watever it is, it's driving us mad lor...

Work till 9.30pm last Mon... Tat's the 1st time I work till tat late... And it's not gonna be the last as well... Sigh... Juz received news today tat next week is another hell week for us lor... OTs will be knocking at our doors liao... I dun like the feeling of stepping out my office at nite... Kinda errie to me... Haha... The carparks are empty... The buildings look empty... Doesnt have a good kinda feeling... I gonna experience tat kinda feelings for the whole of next week? And the worse news is: The whole lot of us might be going back on Public Holidays for work! I really sianz lor upon thinking of this... When will our good days be here?

Went to Espirt today after work... All thanks to Ms Quek lor... She said her fren got discount lor... Then kip asking whether I wanna tag along anot... Initially I was really reluctant lor... The tot of spending money makes me hesitant liao... (Oya, I forgot to mention tat I'm the proud owner of a 8Gb iPod nano... Hahaha... Will mention tat on my next entry if I did remember... Hehe...) In the end, I did go lor... And the bad thing is: I did spend money lor... Haha... Maybe, on a better tot to console myself, I bought the thingy as a gift lor... Hehe... Will tat make me feel better? I pondered.... Haha...

Anyway, I got a shock when I stepped into Espirt today lor... The boutique is packed with lotsa people lor... The discounts so big ah? Dun really think so leh... Why everybody is buying as if everything cost only $1 leh? The cashier queue is so damn long lor... Know what's the best selling items there? Go there, peek in and you'll know lah... It's the towels set lor... Everyone in the queue is holding to at least 1 set of the towels lor... For a moment I tot tat Espirt is giving away towel sets with every purchase lor... Really tat cheap meh? How come I dun think so again? Or are Singaporeans getting richer and richer as year end approaching? Then why am I in the opposite direction?

Movie - Hero

I went to watch this show - Hero - last Sunday...

I love the drama serial of this show lah... I love the pairing up of 木村 and 松隆子... The drama is 6yrs back lah... But I still can rem the name of the 很有正义感的检控官 in the show lor... 久利生公平... I love the 插曲 of the drama as well lah - Can You Keep A Secret? by Utada Hikaro...

Images of the drama flashed thru my mind when I was watching the show... Still can rem how 久利生公平 was addicted to 购物台... He would buy almost everything that the 购物台 advertised... Haha... Only to realise that there's kinda difference from what's advertised... Haha... Still can rem how 细腻 he is when comes to 调查案件... This show really brings back lotsa memories to me lah...

唯一可惜的是李秉宪只出现了3 分钟就鞠躬下台了! Wah liew! 还说他是其中一位主角woh! 客串会比较贴切吧! Anyway, I still like the show! And I'm very pleased that in the end, 久利生公平 and 雨宫有个好结局!

Cross Promos? No, Thanks!

I really hate doing cross promos... I really hate the 1 - 1.5min guideline... They are simply wasting my time lor... And yet today, I received 2 bloody 1.5min cross promos!!! Wah liew! The airtime is super packed like sardines lor... How to squeeze in? Bloody hell! I really really had a hard time squeezing the cross promo in lor...

They want good airtime... They want us to revert to them fast... Wah liew! Not possible to revert fast one lor... We got other bookings to attend to as well mah... How to revert fast? Put in the spots for you liao, still subject to premption lor... Still gotta spend some time to hunt down a suitable timebelt to place the spot... Faint!

I think I'm not the only one facing this problem lor... Most of my colleagues are facing the same thingy lor... Argh!!! So fed up with it! And not only we are facing these problems lor, even the AVP (for these cross promos) is getting fed up with their requests lor... Haha... I called him yesterday... He said he called hundreds of mails to read... Everyone request for cross promos via him... He claimed that he's better than the helpdesk liao... Haha...

He's not the only one who is fed up lor... The programming side is making a fuss as well lor... Too many cross promos in their programs liao! Crazily flooded by cross promos, that's how they phrased it... And I agreed! 1 min, 1.5min, no guideline... Everything flooded in... That's why crazily flooded lor...Reduce this, reduce that... Reduce liao, then add in this cross promo, add in that cross promo... Then back to square one liao lor... Aiya, I oso dunno wat they want liao lah...

I gotta pray hard that next week there will be no cross promos going around... Aint free to do them lah...

Work?

Getting more and more lazier to write my blog liao... :p Sigh... Got no enthu to write lah... Ok, some updates on what I've been up to bah...

My Taiwan photos... Hehe... Haven finish sorting out yet lah... I had uploaded in my Window Live BUT I din rearrange the photos yet lah... Plus, I tot that if I wrote some captions on the photos, these photos might be more interesting to view... Hehe...

I juz got my confirmation today... Supposed to get last week but my boss said she's busy and she forgot abt it... 没有想象中那么开心 lor... My boss asked me am I ok with this job... Is this job what I expected it to be... Do I have an intention of resigning now... Haha... Actually, juz yesterday, 1 of my agencies ladies called... She oso asked me abt how's my job here? Am I happy? I told her I'm ok lor... Then she said her side there got vacancy and if I'm interested, she can recommend/offer/ watever you called it me the job... 老实说: 我其实是有点心动... But then, I've been working here for only 6mths... Abit low experienced lah... Hehe... So maybe I would struggle for another 6mths or so before I hop again... Haha... If I still can tahan lah... Hehe...

Was actually kinda heng on Monday lor... 闲来无事, I go into 1 of the PT timebelt for tat day... To my horror discovery, I found out that I have a spot inside which I'm supposed to cancel it on Friday!!! OMG!!! I'm sure to get into trouble if that spot is to aired! 能说我很走运吗? 竟然让我那么巧合的发现了我的错误! 当然, 在还没发生什么重大的事情之前, 我得努力弥补, 抢救啊! Really sweat over this lor...

That's the heng part lah... I oso got not-so-heng one... Juz last Fri, I raised yet another debit credit note... Sianz lah! Forgot to put back the revenue after I changed the market scheme lor... Then I was totally unaware until the pricing lady told me lor... Wah liew! 我不骗你! 我的心真的是瞬间寒掉lor... 我的心情真的好象做云霄飞车一样lor... 从天堂跌落谷底... Sad... This is a mistake which I made the previous time as well... Sianz lah... Really upset over this lor... Luckily for me, my boss din raise her voice at me when I tolde her abt the incident... 又侥幸的逃过一劫啦! Hehe...

My Fave Food In Taiwan

Here... Allow me to intro you some of my fave food in Taiwan... They are really really tasty...

顶好哨子面... (Think located at dunno 忠孝新生 or 忠孝复兴 there lah)... We found this shop by chance... Haha... Was walking ard 忠孝 that stretch of streets, searching hard for Jay Chou's shop lor... Was walking round in circles but still unable to hunt down his shop lor... We kept walking past this noodles shop... The smell was kinda irresistible and we were really dead tired after all the walking... So we decided to settle down and 医 our 肚子 1st... Hehe... The noodles was very Q... The fishball, although dun really look like fishball, was very Q as well, very springy... NICE!!!

Yes, I know: the photo is not clear... U cant really tell what is the food that I'm trying to intro to you but I dun have another photo lah.. So juz bear with it lah... This is actually called 冰琪淋花生润饼... Brought this at the 九份 there... 卖者现磨花生成粉壮, 现包成润饼... 我不会形容啦, 只会说: 真的很可口啦! 不晃点你!

Mister Donut's 六小福.... Oh man... I really really regret... Regret 没有打包回来新加坡... I went Taiwan 11 days... Out of the 11 days, I bought 六小福 ard 4 - 5 times... They are simply so delicious... It's actually donuts lah but smaller in size lah... 6 mini donuts with 6 different flavors... 非常适合那些每样只想吃一点点的人...

Somehow or rather, me and my fren really enjoyed their cakes there... Their cakes are the 'not-so-sweet-yet-tasty' ones lor... This is juz one of the cakes that I had eaten over there... Kinda forgot the name for the cakes liao... Dunno simi chocolate one... The name's aside, their cakes are really delicious lor... Taiwan's pastry shops look so grand and class as compared to Singapore's very own pastry shops... Ours look more neighbourhood like... Theirs look more on the classy, expensive type... But their cake prices are slightly lower as compared to Singapore's...

Another of my fave in Taiwan.... I miss it so much!!! Mister Donut's 北海道白咖哩 donut... Hehe... I know lah, from the look of the pic, you cant really tell that this donut is really delicious lor... But I can assure you: Once you taste it, you'll fall deep in love with it lor... You will simply finish up every single bit of this donut and hoping that there's more... Anybody going Taiwan? Pls buy this for me... Pretty pretty pls.... Or any news that Mister Donut is 'invading' Singapore soon?

The 重头戏 of this blog: From 师大夜市's 牛魔王: 鸡腿排... My fren and I really went heads over heels for this dish lor... And I kinda regret not going back to 师大夜市 to tuck in a 2nd round of this... The chicken chop is really tenderly tasty... The spaghetti is Q-ing... Everything on the hot plate makes this dish perfectly tasty.... Aiya, dunno how to describe lah... Go there eat and you'll know lah... Try it & you'll know!!

All this introduction really makes me drool.... I want to go there again lah... I still got my 台南琯材板 haven eat yet... I still want to go for another shopping spree lah...

End Of Holidays... Back In Singapore...

Sigh... 快乐美好的时光总是短暂的... My 11 days of Taiwan holiday had ended yesterday... Sad.... Words cant describe how I feel now... 百感交集...

Taiwan is a nice country, like almost eveything abt Taiwan, almost everything except the traffic... Compare and contrast, Singapore traffic is more 有秩序, in another words - less dangerous... Hehe...

台湾人的生活步调好像没有新加坡人的快... 新加坡人似乎每天都过着匆匆忙忙地日子, 好像整天都得与时间赛跑, 没时间喘口气, 没时间放慢步伐, 担心放慢步伐后会落后... 新加坡好像也没有一个地方能让人休闲, the kind of 'sit back and relax' feel... 台湾就不同了... 我想台湾人也过着匆匆忙忙地日子, 不过他们有些地方却能让人有放慢脚步的冲动... I especially like their 猫空... The view there is spectacular... It's my ideal place of 'sitting back and relax' feel... Sipping their floral tea, tucking in the cakes, the breeze gently swept past me... Argh... I really miz tat place...

Have yet to sort out the photos... So will only get to post up next time... Hehe...

In Taipei

Ppl, I'm in Taipei rite now! Woohoo...

Today is my 4th day liao... Went to the Shih Lin Nite Market, Rao He Nite Market.. Yesterday was quite crazy lor... Me and my fren wanna look for Jay Chou's shop lor... Then we walked and searched for nearly 1 hr in the wrong place... Muahaha... Till we get really tired and went into a shop to eat sth... After that meal, we continued our journey to search for Jay Chou's shop... Finally, we managed to find liao... Haha... Was kinda disappointed lah...

Gotta go now... Gotta rush to other places liao... Will update more when I'm free/ back... Hehe...

Dead... Tired....

Ppl, I'm really dead tired for the whole of this week lor...

I'm freaking busy the whole of this week... I kip telling my mom: " 好累啊!" Then my mom kip telling me "早点睡啦!" Trust me, I slept real early every nite... When U guys still busy surfing the net/ doing homework/ watching TV/ listening to radio/ chatting online, I'm already lying comfortably on my cozy bed liao... When U all are abt to tuck into your bed, I'm already halfway exploring in my fantasy dreamland...

I really am frusturated with these salespeople lor... Yes, am telling you yet another sickening salesperson... Oh boy, I really really dislike her lor... She called up on Tuesday (23/10) to tell me she got campaigns wanna start on Thursday (25/10)... As usual, we'll tell her that she nid to send in her bookings 3 days in advance... And as usual, she will give us all sorts of stupid, sickening reasons that she cant give 3 days in advance lor... And as usual, despite telling her the 3 days in advance 'procedure', we'll still (super duper unwilling) accept the bookings... So I super LL tell her to email me the booking lor... And she did... And U think this is the end of the story? No lor! This is juz the beginning...

As airtime is highly packed like sardines, I tried my utter best to squeeze in the spots she required lor... The sickening part is this goondu emailed me a REVISED schedule the following day lor... Not once but twice!!! I'm really damn fed up with her by then lor... U think tat's the peak liao? NO!!! At 3.15pm, she rang me up! She told me "If I were to tell U to pull out the spots for 25/10, will you kill me?" She wanna made herself sound pitiful, so tat I'll not yell at her... BUT sorry lor, U already made me very TL liao lor... 装可怜? 对我不管用lor! So I replied her "What you want me to say now? What do you expect me to say now?" I really felt like slamming the phone lor... I know it's really pointless to scold her off lor, it's like 对牛弹琴 lor... I dun want to waste my breath lor...

It's not only me losing my temper lor... Another 2 of my colleagues oso lost their tempers liao lor... Think as November and December (the festive period) is approaching, the whole bunch of us will become more and more aggressive lor... 我们的脾气会越来越暴燥 lor, 然后第一个会先死的就会是那些salespersons liao lor...

And I become a replacement again liao lor, which really get me mad lor! 不幸中的大幸, the person I'm covering for did announce to almost the whole world tat she's taking leave lor... Juz nid to kip my fingers crossed tat nothing cropped up in betweens...

7 more days to my trip, yet I dun have the slightest excited mood in me yet... Not tat I'm abnormal, it's juz tat the tiredness had almost completely occupied me...

My Starhub Cable TV

I got my cable TV bill today... I got a rude shock when I opened the mail lor... My bill was $70 odd... It's bloody damn expensive lor... AND I'M BOILING MAD!!!

Initially I had all the 6 basic groups, sports groups, the chinese movies groups, the VV drama, the telescope... Tat was way before they increased their prices lor... After they sent me the 1st adjusted bill, I decided to remove 3 of the basic groups and the telescope... Tot they would help abit in my bills, but no lor... The bill is still damn ex lor...

I had called up their 1633 before lor... I knew my contract with them is expiring soon... So I rang up their hotline lor... Asked the customer service guy wkin there, do they have any packages, rebates, discounts, previleges for exisiting customers... He juz plainly replied "No, current offers are all for NEW customers".. WTF!!! He did recommend me to remove some of the programs which I did lah... But I dun see any diff lor... Bloody hell! So juz now, I shoot an email to Starhub, telling them I want to terminate the account liao... To me, they dun appreciate existing customers lor... Their promotions are all for new customers lor... Then, why shld I continue my support for them?!?!?

A Not-So-Good Day

Was actually thinking of writing my blog when I'm on way back home today... However, another thingy caught my attention lah... So, I juz dumped the tots aside until now... Muahaha... Ok, let me recall what I wanna write

Today wasn't exactly my day... Sighz... I raised yet another debit-credit adjustment note... It's a superb long story lah... Rite till now, I'm still unsure whether is it my fault or the agency's fault... And I almost tot tat I would really die, would really get hell from my boss this time round... So 我就抱着 ' 早死早超生' 这种念头, approached my boss early in the morning (ard 9 plus lah)... It turned out tat it wasn't really tat bad lah... My boss din scream at me at all... She juz listened to my story and accepted it... Phew! Wat a relief! I escaped death once more...

Tot I shld be happy to escape from tat, an unpleasant surprise await me lor... Yet another bloody, stupid, arsehole salesperson came and crossed my way lor!! Argh!!! (I really really really really really really really dun like salespersons lor... I dun care U are A, B or C... I dun care how super nice, super friendly are U... I juz dun like U, or shld I say ur designation/ title/ watever u called tat) Yes, it's another long story again...

The story started when I'm doing a booking for one of my colleagues (the one tat is on 3 weeks MC lor)... Her agency, A, sent in the booking for 1 of the fragrance. She's not in, I helped her out. Agency A wanted to book in a program tat Agency B sponsored ... Product exclusivity in the system shown Cosmetics/ Perfumes. Product exclusivity in the notification form shown Cosmetics. Me not sure whether Agency A's booking can book in the programs anot. Approached PD (Product Development) to check with them. Told her abt the product exclusivity and the booking. DID mention tat the booking is for fragrance. PD, after some thinking, said no. Reason: Sponsorship advertiser oso got sell perfume. The other advertiser oso got sell cosmetics. Got the reply from her so wrote an email to her said NOT ALLOWED to go into tat program... Tat was like 1 mth ago. Tat arse salesperson came down today, started to qns me why cannot go in. Told her wat PD said and she still asked back the same qns! Wah liew! Dunno ang-moh izzit? Finally when she understood, it's another hell to the PD side lor... Not exactly my problem liao lor... I juz following instructions from them mah... Think the problem still persist... Sighz...

My cross promo is another one driving me nuts... Silly lah! I booked in already... Then said want to change the date... Pushing back to a later date... Date changed, now duration oso want to change... Initially was 30sec. Now wanted to change to 30sec and 15sec... Wah liew! Think we very free ah? Worse thingy is: it's starting tomorrow lor... So die die, oso have to finish up the booking lor... Sianz lor! Was doing this FOC thingy for the whole of this afternoon lor... And was being kicked out of the system 4 times today lor.... Nearly nearly vomit blood liao...

I still got another 3 more days before I can go for my karaoke session... I still got another 21 more days to go before I can go for my holidays... I'm counting down... And tomorrow is Friday, our hell day again... Everyone loves Fridays... Everyone, except us... (I started to have mixed feelings for Fridays liao... Love the tot of thinking the next day would be Saturday but hate the tot of last minute bookings rushing in.... Sighz... )

Argh!!! 我又出事了!

我又做错事了! Sighz.... I so very the sianz lor... I'm so fed up lor... 好累啊!

It so happened tat I din set the pre-bill indicator lor... But someone told me that once the finance people endorse on the form/ paper liao means dun nid to put on the pre-bill indicator lor... Why ppl never never finish their sentence leh? 为什么每次要等到事情发生了才跟我说什么 '其实' , '除非'? 为什么要等到事情发生了才来跟我说下半段的 '故事' 呢? I'm not trying to shift the blame to anyone... Juz tat I'm so suay bah... Really sianz lah... Spolit my whole day mood liao... (Not even a guy who approach me and declared his undying love to me would make me better lor... Nah, that guy is not in sight yet... ) 我知道我被老板骂定了... 死定了啦! It's my turn of my head rolling liao lor...

我昨天还再想: 我好庆幸能找到这份工... 我的父母好纪几年都没踏进戏院了... 最近他们在2个月里就进了戏院3次lor... 因为至从我做了这份工, 能得到一些免费的戏票, 我就有机会让他们去看一场戏... 昨天还再高兴呢, 今天的心情却完全改变了lor...

Seriously, I really doubt my work capabilities liao... Heard from 1 of my colleagues that the basis requirement for this job is good in maths lor... I nearly nearly fainted when I heard this lor... Coz my maths sux big time lor... Math was never ever my most powderful subject lor... I used to get straight F9 for Maths lor... Now, to stuck in a Maths-related job, think I might as well seek for another job liao lor... Another basis requirement is good memory lor... My memory used to be good lah... But U know lah, as time passed by, ur age start to increase lor, then ur memory will start to decrease lor... So, good memory? Not the present me lor... I wouldn't admit tat I have good memory lor...

What shld I do now? Stuck in this job? Seek for another job? I really dunno lor... This is the 2nd time in 4mths time tat I've the thinking of resigning liao... There's more to come, I know... I'm praying hard for this 27days to pass by 3S - Swiftly, Safely, Smoothly...

Words Juz Cant Express How We Feel

Was reading up Dasmond koh's latest blog entry (Title: For Ms Xia Xue)... Ermz, it's kinda long story lah... But can tell from the title lah, it's related to Ms XX lor... U take your time to go explore their blog, then come back here again lah... (If you want lah... Hehe...)

All I can say is: Sometimes words juz cant express how we feel lor... Think no matter how well you written, ppl will tend to misinterpert you lor... These words and sentences dun have any feelings... We are the one tat add feelings to them... However, whether anot the receiver 'accept' the rite feelings/ have the rite frequency with you, is another point liao... Mondays

Honestly, I dun have any good feelings for Mondays... Almost every Sunday, I will sigh to my mom and told her "Sianz ah! 明天又要做工了!" Tat's my very basic routine for every Sunday, unless I'm on leave the very next day lah... Hehe...

Today is no exceptional.. Woke up, get ready to go to work... Haven step out of my hse yet, my mom told me tat's it's raining outside liao... Abt to step out of the hse, the rain poured heavier liao... Few seconds later, I decided to wear my pinkie wind-breaker to work liao... But then, 我还是被淋湿了... When I was shutting the grille door, the rain very 无情地打在我身上了lor... Luckily, I wore my windbreaker lor so my top was dry.. Unfortunately, my windbreaker wasn't tat long lor... So my jeans was wet liao lor...

Ya ya... You must be thinking: U siaoz ah? Rain big big still wear jeans ah? Wah kaoz, I tell you lor.. Yest oso raining rite? My mom and I went to Yishun to collect sth lor... Then rain big big oso lor... So I tot: if wear jeans, sure get wet one... So I put on my demin skirt lor... (Till knee length one lah) We were only walking to the opp bus stop lor (there's shelter for the rest of the path lah), and I'm all drenched liao! Wah liew! If I know wear skirt will get drenched oso, I rather choose to wear jeans lah... At least easier to run lah... Anyway, think I gonna fall sick soon lah... Got caught in the rain TWICE!!!

Ok, out of point liao... Back to this morning.... I bo bian liao lor... Still gotta work mah.. Then I decided to board the company bus at Bishan instead of Yishun lor... Was waiting for the bus when my phone sound: "Tweet Tweet! Tweet Tweet! SMS!" It's a msg tat I dun like! 1 of my colleagues nid to take urgent leave... And I gotta cover up for her buddy, Ms M Zhang!!! (Ok, in case you aint aware, each of us got a set of agencies to handles... Each of us got a working buddy... In the event, tat you take leave, your buddy got to cover you lor... In this case, her buddy took leave liao way ahead liao... She's taking urgent leave coz understandable personal matters...) Bloody hell!!! I'm not pissed tat she's taking urgent leave.. I'm pissed bcoz I become a reserve again! Shucks!!!

For the past 2 weeks, I'm a reserve liao lor... Been covering for another colleague oso lor (She's on MC for 3 weeks)... Was really praying for today to come one lor... How would I know this kinda news await me early in the morn! Wah kaoz! My mood for today was ups & downs lor... Ms M Zhang got alotsa this week booking lor... Unfortunately for her lah, I cant do much to help her with these bookings, coz I'm oso busy with my own booking lor... Paiseh ah, Ms Zhang...

So I was busy almost the whole day... However, I still stick to my 三准政策 - 准时上班, 准时吃饭, 准时下班... Muahaha...

Presents From Korea

I've got presents from Korea... Yipee!!! Haha.. One of my dear Jie-Meis, Ms XH Lin went to Korea for a short trip... And yes, she bought gifts for us... She bought a cuztomized luggage tag for Ms Chan and bought this box of biscuits for me... (Actually, she kinda forget my presence lah... She said tat she only remembered when she reached the airport... So she bought this thingy for me lor... Sad lor... Forget abt me... Sob sob...)

Anyway, besides this box of biscuits, we oso bought us... a pair of socks... Haha... Initially, Ms Chan and I thought tat the socks would be kinda small for us... However, when i tried the socks juz now, I realized tat it's kinda fit lor... Hehe... And it's kinda cute as well... But, a pity lah, I seldom wear socks one lah... But think it's the tots tat counts lah... (Though I'm still quite bitter and sore abt the part where she forget me...)

My Vacation

Yeah ppl! I'm finally going on a vacation soon... Woohoo!!!

I'm going to Taiwan on November! It's confirmed, chopped, guaranteed liao... Hehe... (Have bought the airticket liao lor... Cannot change liao lor...) I'm so totally excited woh... Taiwan, Taiwan... I've been dreaming abt going there all the time... And FINALLY my dream is going to be fulfilled liao... Hehe...

Yes, yes... I'm going to try their food... The 鸡排, the 阿宗面线, the 芒果冰, the 泡泡茶... Countless of items I wanna try... Countless of items I wanna buy... The bags, the shoes, the stationery (They said it's really cheap lor...), the books, the accessories... Not much clothings bah coz think the weather there is autumn - winter if I'm not wrong... OMG! Think I gotta prepared alotsa empty bags liao... Ermz, hopefully my luggage will not exceed the max weight lor... Hehe... Still got ard 6 more weeks to go... (YES, I'm counting down already...)

OMG! Think I got side-effects after watching his concert woh... I'm simply falling head over heels about him again... Muahaha... Actually, not really crazy over him lah... I'm crazy abt his songs again... Muahaha... I created a playlist of him on IMEEM.... I kip uploading his songs... I kip digging out his old albums... I kip searching for his songs... Wat spell had he casted over me? I hadn't been mad over him for years liao... Why am I back into square one again? I dunno whether it's considered good or bad lah... Hehe..

My Precious 1 Day Leave

Will be taking a day leave tomorrow... Aiyo, my leave very precious to me lor... I cannot suka suka take lor... I gotta plan for my leave trip lor...

In my previous jobs, I will take most of my leave on Fridays... Coz tat will shorten my working days... Hehe... I can have longer weekends... Hehe... But hor, ppl will turn to ask you: Where you going? And normally my reply will be: Going ard Singapore for a day lor... Hehe.. I know tat's kinda boring and it's really a waste to spend my leave juz like tat... But hey, I aint really tat rich to spend all my leave overseas lor...

Anyway, I will be miting up with Ms Chan tomorrow... We have make some plans for tomorrow liao... First we will be going for karaoke... Then will be catching Ratatouille.... Heard tat it's a great show and I really cant wait to see it lor... And of coz, how can we miz out our fave past-time - SHOPPING!!!! Though I cant spend too much S11 for these few months (Am saving for some other thingy lah... Will reveal more when time is ripe... Hehe...), I can still afford for window shopping bah... Hehe... Will tell you more abt Ratatouille the next time I update my blog lah...

My Sprees

Yes, I'm back into sprees again... Was organising a few sprees recently... Haha...

Was into my new working environment.. Ard early August, I intro 1 of my colleagues to online spree... Then started to intro another... Then another... Then another... Little did I realise, I was expanding my spree participants... Hehe... So recently, I was back into searching for clothes and bags sellers tat are willing to ship to Singapore... (Nope, I dun go for shoes... And nope, no accessories as well...)

However, I was quite pissed off with one of the bag sellers lor... When I sent my orders to her, she said she would reply within 3-7 days but till date, I hadn't received any news from her lor... Disappointing! I was thinking of cancelling the spree liao... Sighz... So sianz lah... She replied to others so fast woh... But to me, there's absolutely no reply lor... Wat can I do? Advice appreciated... Thanks...

I'm oso organising another clothing sprees... This seller is damn efficient lor.. I sent the orders to her... She can immediately check and reply to me wat are the thingy tat are avail and wat are the thingy tat are OOS (Out Of Stock)... Think might make more orders from her if the quality of her clothings are ok...

1 of my colleagues mentioned tat I could expand my 'career' in here.. Haha.. I told her tat this crossed my mind ard 2yrs back liao lor... Juz tat I dun have the capital lor... And it's really not tat easy to venture out lah... U nid to have excellent taste lor.. If nobody like your clothings, then mati liao lor... Think I'll try out much later lah... Wait till I 筹够 my capital 1st... Hehe...

Aaron Kwok's Concert

Yes! I did go to Aaron Kwok's concert... I absolutely LOVE it! Ok, it's my 1st time going to a concert, so there's no compare and contrast here lah...

I was really excited.... I was thinking to myself: This is the 1st time that I can get 'closer' to him... Not thru his album, not thru the radio, not thru the TV... Though I wasn't sitting at a really nice spot, I'm contented...

Aaron is really, truly a great dancer... I was really memerised by his moves... For a man of his age (He's 42 yrs old, in case you aint sure), he really kip his figure, his looks and dance steps real well lor... He really is very charming woh... He really doesn't look like 42yrs old woh... Look juz like 30+... (Ya lah, ya lah, I heard you saying 'botox' liao lah)...

Yes, I saw him 挑战 his saxophone 6 times... I saw him playing his musical instructment over and over again... I saw him getting angry with himself when he couldn't reach the high notes... He's juz so cute lah... Haha...

And yes, he did sing 对你爱不完 woh... In fact, tat's his very 1st song of his concert.... All his songs really sound familiar to me lah... (Excuse me, but I'm a fan of his before lor... I bought almost all his albums last time lor... His 周边商品 I oso have lor...) I was humming all the way... And surprisingly, he did sing 我是不是该安静的走开 and 到底有谁能够告诉我...

During the whole concert, he was speaking Cantonese all the way lor... Haha... Ok, I admit! My Cantonese aint tat great... But I still try my best to catch what he said lah... Hehe... He mentioned abt his plans... He mentioned abt his 金马奖 thingy... He mentioned tat he wanna established his musical plays...

However, my disappointment came... At the end of the concert, there's NO ENCORE lor! Wah liew! My 1st concert woh! Everybody was telling me that concert would have encores. Wat happened to this one? Why no encore? The fans were screaming, shouting, yelling for encores but there's no sight of Aaron turning up! Tat the only point tat makes me disappoined lor...

ANGRY!!!!

Sigh... Today aint really a smooth day for me... I kip waiting for approvals lor... Approval from the big boss, approval from the sales Group Head, approval from the finance to extend credit limit... Wah liew! I got lotsa thingy hanging there lor... All waiting for those approvals lor...

The most annoying thingy is to get approval from the big boss lor... There's this idiotic salesperson (I really hate to use tat italic word but I juz couldn't think of another suitable word to describe tat cow!) And this bloody cow is worse than the previous one tat I mentioned in my previous entries...

My advertiser wanna changed their campaign period... My agency sent in instructions to cancel some of the spots... I couldn't proceed with the cancellation without the big boss' approval lor...
I emailed to her... She wants me to get the all the bookings from the agency 1st, then she will get the approval... My agency sent in all those cancellation lor... I emailed to her, calculated for her the revenue affected... She very ez job lor, juz forwarded my mail to the big boss lor...

And now the very big f***ing problem is tat the big boss dun wanna approved lor... Then I everyday gotta chase tat cow for the approval lor... Today is bloody worse! Tat cow told me to chase my big boss for approval myself! Wat the f*** lah! Stupid cow! U are taking the commission and I'm taking in all those junks! And now, juz wants u to get an approval only and u want me to do it myself... Ur commission splits with me and I'll do juz tat lor!!!

Aiyo! I'm really boiling within lor... I hate to come to a conclusion tat EVERY SALESPERSON IS JUZ THE SAME LOR!!!

First pc of news is regards to one of my dearest Jie-Meis, Ms Chan... She had found a new job!!! Haha... So happy for her... She will be working in a telecommunications firm as a procurement exec (I think so... I know it's procurement but dun really know it's exec anot lah.. Think shld be lah).. Of coz, there's an increase in the pay for her... The benefits oso somehow suits her... Am really happy for her lor... Knows tat she aint really happy with her current job lah... (Cant explain much in details lah... But when it comes to work, think the S11 plays a critical part lor... Hehe...) Jia You Woh, Ms Chan!!!

Next news... Hehe... I confirmed + guranteed going to Aaron Kwok's concert liao... Muahaha...

My colleague had went to get the tix liao... Unless there's any critical situtations tat'll stop me from going (Choy, touchwood lah), I very 肯定 I will turn up liao... (Coz dun wanna spend money down the long-gaos lah... Hehe...)

I'm so totally excited... I wanna hear him sing 唱这歌, 神经, 信鸽, 当我知道你们相爱, 三岔口, 国王的新歌, 爱的呼唤, 爱情 and of coz, many other more... (In which I secretly hope tat he will sing 对你爱不完, but I think tat is highly impossible lor... ) I wanna see how he moves... I mean at his age, if he still can dance very agile and sing without 走音, then he muz be kinda good mah... I will try my best to understand wat he says, though I think tat's is another highly impossible mission to accomplish... Haha... I hope he wouldn't disappoint me... (Heard tat his last concert in SG which is ard 5yrs ago, is kinda boring... Coz most of the songs tat he sang are 慢歌... Hardly any moves involved) So this time round, he better shake his bums woh... I dun wanna spend hundred over dollars to hear him telling me grandma story woh...

Ermz... Wa can I say abt the show leh? It's a nice story lah... Almost all the members of 南拳妈妈 acted in the show, except for Lara lah... But come to think of it now, some parts are quite ridiculous lor... Cannot tell you which are the parts lah... Go watch the show and you will know lah... And yes, there's an unexpected ending lah... Hehe... Anyway, wat I like most abt this show is the piano scenes lah... Be it the 四手连弹 or watever, the rhytme/ tune/ melody/ song/ watever, juz sounds so perfectly nice...

AND I'm simply in love with this song... Hear it you'll fall in love with the song too...

Friday Miracles...

Haha... My head stays put...

Really scared the wits out of me... Was having butterfiles in my tummy today coz I knew tat I gotta tell my boss abt the credit note thingy... Not possible to hide from her lah coz nid her BIG BIG signature as 1 of the approvals lah... Things wasn't turn out tat bad lah... My mentor explained to her, then I stood beside my mentor... Then my boss nodded her head and said ok... But before I turned away to walk to my desk, she said "Be more careful next time hor!" Of coz gotta said yes to her lah... Or else, there will be a never-ending story liao... But PHEW! Wat a relief!

My mah fan advertiser really came in liao... Came in before lunch... Mah fan mah fan... Gotta do alotsa bookings lah... Then the wordings was so tiny, I gotta strained my eyes... Then the program updating was so very the slow... Really waste my time leh...

However, I oso got great news as well... Hehe... I'M GOING TO AARON KWOK'S CONCERT!!! Yeah! Those who know me for a decade or so will know tat I used to like Aaron Kwok alot... Got lotsa his collections... And yes, I finally found a companion who's willing to spend the same amount of money with me to see Aaron Kwok! Hahaha!!! Yeah! It's my very 1st time to a concert, and I'm totally excited... Hehe... Cant wait till 1st September liao... I really wanna see how he moves... Haha...

And yeah, I'm going to see Jay Chou's Secret on Monday... Thanks to 1 of my colleagues... She's got the tix and is willing to let me tag along with her.. Hehe... I cant get the tix lah... Sigh! But nevermind liao since Ms Chia is willing to bring me along... Haha... Thanks Ms Chia! :) Will write more abt the movie... if I can rem... Hehe...

Will My Head Roll?

Today is not a very good day for me...

Have made mistakes in my work... Was doing cross promo for the channels... Then I selected the wrong option for CH18... Si liao lah.... Wah liew! Tot tat intercompany dun nid to raise credit notes... But I was wrong lor... TMD! Intercompany mah... Still nid credit note? Juz a few days back, my boss told us to write down the 'targets/ requirements' (watever you called tat lah) for our appraisals... The very 1st point is: simi simi 0.25% of revenue lah... Sth to do with booking lah... Then the mistakes tat we made cannot exceed 0.25% of the revenue lah... Mati liao lor... I exceed the 0.25% liao lor... This is bad! 2mths into new job and I exceeded liao... Dammit! Wah kaoz! My mood was really down... Will my head roll as well? I wonder...

Next, one of my agencies lady called.... She called to 'warn' me tat 1 of the big advertiser's booking will be coming in soon... Double death liao lor... Heard from one of my colleagues tat this advertiser very the mah fan one lor... I really really wanna faint liao...

It's the 1st time in history tat I did not step out of my office at 6pm sharp...

Mistakes At Work

Today isn't really a good day... I almost got heart attack...

Firstly is the revenue lor... This fella came to record our revenue everyday... Today she kip saying there's a drop in the revenue.... But in the end, we cant find any drop... So she said she will go back and checked... Few mins later, she called up my boss, saying the drop is from which advertiser.. Then my boss very 突然间 called my name and say tat fella say I din record down the drop of revenue from tat advertiser... I cant remember tat I do tat advertiser woh... I really nearly jumped up from my seat when I heard my name being called woh... In the end, it's not my mistake nor my colleagues' mistakes... It's tat recording fella's mistake! Wah liew! Harlow! Record properly lah... I dun want to die tat early woh!

Secondly is my Ch18 sponsorship booking... Pls lor! It stated in the notification sheet very clearly liao mah.. There's no airtime entitlement lor... Then this CH18 salesperson and this Ch18 admin exec emailed stating tat they are giving 2mins interstitials to this client... Wah liew! Wat is this? 2mins woh! Interstitials are normally not booked by my dept woh... Are you very the sure? In the end, I double-check with the Ch18 salesperson again.. He said the entitlements are stated in the contract lor... So I very LL oso have to book lor... I emailed to him saying tat the 2mins interstitials are booked on our side... Then half an hour later, this very CH18 admin exec emailed back to me stating that the interstitials are 2mins per spots!

Dammit! Initially, I tot they they want 2 1min interstitials per episode, and they wanna extend their interstitials to 2mins... So I called up my mentor and told her tat this person wants to increase their interstitials to 4mins... I really nearly faint when I saw this email lor... In the end, I called up the CH18 salesperson again... I double confirmed, triple confirmed with him tat they only want 1 spot per episode, so still stick to 2min lah... No changes on my side... Phew! Heng ah...

However, not so very the heng for my colleague, Ms Zhang... She got alotsa 打击 today... First heart attack - She discovered tat she had booked incorrectly for her previous bookings of 50% Loading... (It's kinda long-winded to explain wat 50% Loading means lah.. So juz forget it lah!) Second heart attack - our boss, very out-of-the-blue, emailed her to tell her to 'spot the differences'... She was staring at her own screen real hard but juz couldn't figure out wat's the diff... Third heart attack - she had done yet another thingy wrong... She forgot to change the agency's name and it ended up, billing the advertiser directly... 1st 2 heart attack, she did manage to resolve it... For the 3rd one, she gotta raise a debit credit note and explained the situtation to our boss... Cham ah! Think she will do explaining only on Monday liao... Better dun 惹our boss on Monday, or else Die liao oso dunno how u die...

Aiyo... I saw her really stressed up woh... She's a very bubbly fella... But when I approached her working table this afternoon, she kip telling me "My head is going to roll... My head is going to roll!" I really dunno wat to say ah... I think she and me belong to the same category... The 粗心大意category... Think my turn of my head rolling is juz round the very corner liao...

Balcony Bar

Met up with my bestest frenz yesterday... We went for Korean dinner at a nearby food court... After tat, both of them wanna go for a drink... Actually, I think they preferred to go to a pub where they can dance lah... However, bcoz their lazy fren me dun wan to dance... So in the end, we decided to settle down at a nearby pub/ bar (whatever you called tat) to have some drinks... We decided to go Balcony Bar, the very one at the Heeren...

Wow... It's been quite some time since I last had alcoholic drinks liao... I really enjoyed the nite... The ambience of the bar was quite nice... There's a dunno swimming pool or jacuzzi in the bar itself... Saw some figure-not-so-good, age-not-tat-young angmohs undressing themselves to a pair of shorts/ pants/ underwear (I really dunno lor... I din really take a close look at wat they wearing woh), then they dip themselves in the pool/ jacuzzi...

We ordered 3 rounds of drinks... And we took turns to pay for the bill... Hehe... Paiseh ah, I only rem wat I ordered for the 1st 2 rounds & wat Ms Lim ordered... Cant really rem wat Ms Chan ordered liao.... 1st round of drink, I ordered Watermelon Magarita with Strawberry Puree (Taste juz like watermelon juice). 2nd round, I ordered Mango Daiquiri (Taste juz like Mango juice)... Quite fed-up with these 'fruit juices', I decided to try other drink... The 3rd one taste much more better but I really cant recall the name of the drink liao... Ms Lim ordered Grand Mimosa, kinda Champagne cocktail lah for all the 3 rounds...

Ms Lim wasn't really happy tat nite... She had tis feeling tat her guy dun love her as much before liao... So Ms Chan & I was trying to convince her tat she thinks too much liao, tat her guy still loves her as much as before... However, I cant help but wonders: 男人, 是不是东西或人到手了, 你们就不会好好珍惜了? 为什么呢? 人是不是要等到失去了才知道珍惜, 才来感觉到后悔呢?

Mad Woman (Aka Dumb Arse) On Loose

I really hate this salesperson. (Can see from the title tat tis salesperson is a she lah) Bloody hell... Let me tell ya why.

Think ard 3 weeks ago, there's this agency emailed to me telling me abt some booking amendments. At the end of the email, the agency woman (Can tell I dun have gd feelings for this agency woman oso lah...) stated tat they've got approval from this salesperson tat 1 of their bonus spots is rate-protected. Fyi, bonus spots are not entitled to rate-protection lor... This dumb arse salesperson promised tat agency woman lor... But this dumb arse need other ppl's approval as well lor... In the end, this agency woman came to question me abt her rate-protection bonus spot lor... I, of coz, will throw back this to tat dumb arse lor... My problem ah? You are the one who tell tat woman her bonus spot can be rate-protected. Not me! So leave me out!

Tat's the first part. Juz last week, a new booking for NDP came in. The agency had emailed me their order form, stating tat they had bought the package... I couldn't proceed with the booking yet.. Gotta wait for instructions from other dept. This very dumb arse called me.

Me: Ya.

Dumb Arse: Have you proceed with the booking?

Me: No, not yet.

She was asking whether event ads can be run on public holiday. I can still rem wat she said: " You sure hor! You sure can place on public holidays ah?" Harlow! I've been here for barely 2 mths woh! YES, I'M NOT SURE, so of coz, I gotta check with my colleagues lah! If you dun believe/ trust me, DUN CALL ME LAH! GET OUT OF MY SIGHT! If you are so very the smart, check carefully 1st before you called anyone lah... *Phui*

Salesperson are forever the same... They will promise their clients this & that... In the end leh, over-promised liao lor...

(Have created a playlist) From there, my songs will play over and over again... Actually, there's hardly any repeats lah... Coz I've uploaded over 400 songs liao... Songs uploaded are full songs but the system very clever lor, go and cut the songs to 30sec preview lor... Recently, I juz kena 1 comment from a user: stupidd lar . why only 30 seconds ?! Felt like scolding back tat user: Harlow! I uploaded the song in full lor... How would I know they happy happy go and cut the songs to 30sec woh...

How Am I?

Yes peeps... I know I've been MIA for 1 week liao... I was busy lah... Busy with my IMEEM... Haha... Was busy uploading songs and videos to my IMEEM account... Busy organising my playlist... Haha... Was trying to play my playlist in the office but think the connection damn slow lah... So in the end, I sticked to 933... Think gonna buy a mp3 speaker soon... I wanna listen to my mp3 player lah...

Juz an update on my 近况 lah.. I'm ok lah... Was actually quite bored this afternoon... Kip doing filings for my colleagues... Nothing to do leh... I oso dunno wat shld I do... Sigh... According to my colleagues, they said the PEAK period had passed juz before I came... Hehe... (Shld I said Heng huh?) Was trying to kip myself occupied lor...

Went out with my ex-colleagues for dinner yest... Then oso updated myself on my ex-company's 近况lah... Had sushi at Ichiban... Actually their food was pretty good... But I really hate their soggy Tempura Flake on their 'Deep Impact' lor... No 口感 at all... *Shake head*

Received a call from Ms R Ong today as well... Was rather surprised tat she would call me lor... Not tat she's heartless lah, but she everytime said she's busy lor... Then to me, if you said you busy, I let you busy lor... U free then said again lor... I dun wanna disturb you... Same thing mah... If I'm busy, I oso dun want you to disturb me lor... Back to the call lah... She said my b-day gift is going to 发霉liao.. Muahaha... I really din see her for almost 4mths liao? Think so... Think can only mit her next mth liao... Hehe.. This mth ending soon lah... Dun think will be seeing her next week lah... Keke...

Have been eyeing on this Baby G watch recently... The one tat was published in I-Weekly lor... Think quite nice mah.. But dunno how much lah... If it falls within my budget, I'll definitely buy it liao... Muahaha...

Ok, another update on the artistes I saw lah... Saw Bryan Wong... Both Bryan Wong lah... Got 1 is 王禄江, the other is 王彦理.. Then saw Chen Hanwei as well.. He's damn skinny and dark lah.. Saw Elvin Ng.. One of my colleagues was singing praises on how good-looking he was... Ermz, I only noticed tat he was limping away lor... And yes, I did walk past them... Haha... Envy bah? Muahaha...

Home... Sick...

Yes, stuck at home today.. Not going to work today... Taking mc today... Why? Bcoz diarrhoea lor... Shucks! I dunno wat I had eaten yest... My pain started yest noon... Wah liew! Kip visiting the loo every 30 - 60 mins woh! Yes, it's tat bad... AND, no, I'm not going on any slimming programs...

Was on my way to work today... Had reached Yio Chu Kang MRT but I made a detour back to Woodlands... Then headed straight to Raffles Medical... Arrived there ard 8am... TMD! I still got to wait! Serving 1001 rite now, and I'm holding 1008! Shucks! And before 8.30am, there's only 1 doctor avail... Nearly wanna fainted liao... The pain in my tummy was like 隐隐作痛... Wanna went to the ladies but tat stupid bloody cleaner dun let me in! Wah liew! So I gotta bear with the pain until my turn to see the doc lor...

Wah liew! This week is only my 4th week woh... And I started taking mc liao... Bad impression created, think so... *shake head* Wat can I do? Who like to have diarrhoea ah? If I got a choice, I oso dun want diarrhoea lah...

New Colleagues' Birthdays

Was another busy working day... Was another busy Friday... However, ard 3pm or so, all of us managed to squeeze some time out to celebrate the birthdays of thos who are born in this mth... There's 3 of them actually... Tell ya the dates but omit out the years lah... Haha... 1st one is 9th, 2nd one is 15th, and 3rd one is 18th... The fella whose birthday falls on the 9th is gonna celebrate by going to Bangkok woh... So envy, can go holidays! According to her lah, her wedding anniversary and her 1st date with her hubby oso falls on her birthday... WoW! Lucky guy lah! Only nid to rem 1 date and only nid to buy 1 BIG gift... Haha...

My boss especially went out for lunch to get a cake for them... The cake is ok lah... Mango cake... I love mango but mango cake is ok only lah... Anyway, the cake is from Four Leaves... Not really tat yummylicious lah... But oso not tat awful taste lah... BUT, I still prefer cheese cake lah... Haha...

Aw.. I burnt one of my fingernails when I'm trying to light the candles... TMD! Tot I smell a kinda plastic smell from my burnt fingernail... No choice lah, gotta trim away the burnt part... But luckily, it's only a small corner...

My Yr 2001 Diary

I have the habit of writing down my tots and feelings... In the past, I'll jot down in pen and papers.. Currently, writing down via this blog...

Recently, I dig out my old diary... The 1st post on my diary is 7th May 2001... Haha... Was reading thru wat I'd written... Yeah, my feelings and tots during my hotel days... My working days, my colleagues, my crush, my 'wild days'... Kinda silly actually... 一边读一边笑... 我妈差点以为我疯了... Share with ya 2 of my unforgettable posts lah... (Unfortunately for some of ya lah, I wrote mostly in Chinese lah)

Part 1: 8 月19 日2001 年 (星期天)

8 月17 日2001 年 (星期五) 是一个很难忘的一天。很难忘、很难忘，因为这天我喝醉了！我们一大伙人，包括了 Ms F, Ms E, Ms Jo, Ms S, Ms C, Mr V, Mr L, Mr E, Mr S, Mr B, Mr A 等等一起去“九万”（a karaoke pub) 喝酒、唱歌。

那天是我第一次喝 beer & whiskey. Beer 真的好难喝啊，我喝到好辛苦啊！好不容易把我的那杯 beer 给喝完！喝完 beer，就喝 whiskey 了咯！Whiskey plus coke... 我不知道喝了多少杯！过后，我还 SMS 给 Ms Je 过来。我知道我出去找她时，已经跌跌撞撞了！但过后还吐呢！好辛苦、好辛苦！ I remember I told everyone to bottoms up! 逢人就说“Bottoms Up!"

幸好不止我一个人醉了！Ms C & Mr L 也喝醉了！Mr L 醉的最惨！他醉到吐在桌子上，好恶心啊！我惨的是隔天还得做 A7 (e.g: Working from 7am - 7pm)，做到 blur blur 的！做到乱乱submit 钱 (I was doing cashiering at tat time lah!) 最后，还需要别人帮我收拾烂摊子！同事门看到我的时候都知道我快倒了！我好惨啊！

Part 2: 9 月13 日2001 年 (星期四)

今天让我永生难忘啊！我竟然 short 了 $200/=！哎哟！This is not a joking or funny matter woh! But then, 算来算去，真的是少了$200/= leh！

有些怀疑，不过没证据！

和值班的DM (Duty Manager) 说。值班 DM 只是叫我 cover back 那笔钱！Sigh! 幸好 Mr L 二话不说，拔刀相助，借了 $200/= 给我。我好感激、好感动、好感谢他啊！我跟他说我没办法立刻还他这笔钱，他就说：“没关系，你慢慢还吧！”真的超感动啦！

I saw this MV - 最近 (by 李聖杰）today... Quite 变态 lor! No doubt the song is really nice but the MV hor, *shake head*..

The MV is abt a couple lor... The guy ditched the gal for another gal lah... Then this gal cannot tahan the break-up lor... Think she wanna patch back, but the guy not interested lor... Then she planned for both of them to die together lor... 不能同年同月同日生，就得同年同月同日死的feel lor... 好恐怖woh! She lured the guy to this place lor, a jetty or wat lah... Then when french kissing the guy, she oso "french-kiss" him some sleeping pills lor... When he discovered and pushed her away too late liao lor... Then he fell deep in sleep liao lor... Then she took over the wheels lor... Then zoomed all the way to the end of the jetty lor... She recalled all these past sweet, happy memories lor... Continued to zoom, then died together lor...

I remember one of 石欣卉's songs hor, coz some of the scenes got sleeping pills and dunno wat, then ppl start to complain, saying that MV encouraging ppl to commit suicide or wat... Wah liew! Then this 最近MV bloody worse lor! Encouraging ex-couple to die together ah? So 变态啦！Wanna watch the MV, got to youtube and search for it lor...

Fridays

Today is a Public Holiday... 难得的休息... After this Public Holiday, gotta wait till August before another Public Holiday arrive liao... Sigh... (Can tell lah... I'm not really a person who enjoys work lah... I'm wkin for the sake of money...)

Tomorrow will be a Friday... Think everyone should be happy on a Friday... Everyone, except my colleagues... According to them, there's no such thingy as TGIF for them... They gotta rushed everything madly on Fridays... New bookings, cancel bookings, amend bookings, urgent bookings... Gotta mit the deadlines... Hence, they dun enjoy and actually dun really like the tots of a Friday... To them, it's war! Sigh... Unfortunately, I love Friday most leh... WIll I turn to a Friday-hater as well? I certainly dun hope so woh... Too soon to know now but I certainly hope I will continue to love Fridays...

Anyway, juz to update on the TV ppl I saw lah... Haha... Up to date, beside Quan Yifeng, I oso saw Dasmond Koh (许振荣), Kym Ng (钟琴), Michelle Chong (庄米雪), Dong Shuhua (董素华), Alan Tern (唐育书)... Muahaha... Actually, it's really nothing great abt seeing these ppl lah... After all, they are oso human lah... But hor, their faces are so small... Standing near to them (not beside), makes me feel like I'm a 大头娃娃... Sigh... Not to mention the figures lah... They all look so small sized... Yes, I know, small sized is required to look great on TV mah... *Shake head* Tat's why I can only work in the back office lor... Hehehe...

I Believe You

Was surfing thru the net when I came across this link: http://www.goodybooks.com/ibelieveyouvt.htm ... It's a novel written by a local author... Was actually reading from Chapter 1 till 17... But when I clicked on the "Final Note", it directed me to a link to buy the book... Wah liew! Why like this? Superb sianz woh!

The story was kinda nice and ez to read lah... But there's oso something which leave me puzzled lor: Why all the main leads are celebrities' names? Simi Jacky Wu Zhong Xian lah... Simi Landy Wen Lan lah... I juz dunno who the heck is Joanna Fung rite now... Anyone knows? 你要明白啦!任何精彩的故事, 放上Jacky Wu Zhong Xian 的名字, 就算不好笑, 不应该笑, 也变成可笑的了! 本来是应该很感动的, 放上他的名字后, 感动度大大减少了!

Anyway, was hoping someone could tell me where can I buy tat book (other than online) coz I wanna see the last 3 chapters lah... Or anyone kind soul got the book? Can I borrow for juz 30 mins? Pretty pretty please...
