Another Bad Day

Tot yesterday was pretty bad... Today isnt any good as well... I nearly 1) fainted, 2) burst with anger, 3) burst out in tears... I nearly got another heart attack again lor...

Before lunch time, everything was smooth and quiet... After lunch, my bad day began... Was informed tat the agency wanna pulled out their spots for tomorrow and they wanna start on Saturday instead... Bloody hell! Gotta delete all the spots lor... Deleting spots was actually considered as an easy task... BUT it took me 3.5 hours to delete 30spots lor... Not tat my speed is super duper S-L-O-W (No, I'm not trying to shift the blame or wat, it's the truth lor...), the stupid, bloody system kip telling me "System has encountered an unknown error" for the past 3.5hours lor... (And later I get to realise the reason is Timeout error!) Wah kaoz! I was doing something urgent woh... I LL gotta raised a report lor, and luckily I did lor... My copy admin was actually waiting for me to pull out at least the OPT spots for tomorrow lor... From the normal closure of 3.30pm, the closure was extended to 5.50pm lor! And bloody hell, I still haven finish deleting all the OPT spots lor... Wat the shit is this? From 2.15pm I've been trying to delete the spots lor, and I was actually doing nothing other than deleting the spots the whole afternoon lor... My blood was boiling... I'm burning in rage lor...

I tried to delete all the spots. FAIL!

I tried to delete 1 spot. FAIL! Then wat bloody hell can the system do?

I kip calling the helpdesk... The person-in-charge kip telling me tat she would call me back... But she din lor... I'm the one who kip calling her. I'm the one who kip reminding her tat the spots are for tomorrow lor... And as usual, their response speed is almost equivalent to the system speed lor... I really almost burst out in tears lor... 若在那时, 有任何一个人来问我发生什么事, 我一定在他/她面前流眼泪lor...

Juz today, my boss was telling us not to bitch among ourselves abt the system lor... She was encouraging us to feedback on the system... It's not tat we wanna bitch on the system, but if the system doesn't show any kinda improvements, it's definitely gonna be a failure lor... Which stupid system need to take 3.5hours to pull out 30spots? Which stupid system perform disappearing spots rite in front of you? Even the old system tat we are using previously dun do both task lor...

After wat happened yesterday and today, tell me to love the system will be a difficult task lor... I can hardly convince myself lor... At the rate the system is performing, I'm sure gonna die young lor...
