Haiz... As you all know lah, my company had changed a new booking system... A week had past since the launch of the new system... Sighz... Not getting any better...
1) The system is still in the stage of crawling lor... Really felt like dozing off lor... The loading is super S-L-O-W, especially if you gonna book alot spots lor... Wah kaoz! Who got time to wait for it to load? 如果有很多 campaigns 同一时间 start, 不是死很惨?
2) The system like to 'kick' you out lor... Suka suka 就叫你relaunch (Ya, they still like to 轰你出门, but now they left message for you... But it's equally sickening!) Wah liew! Book until half way then tell you to get out! You happy ah? I'm not lor!
3) The system still like to tell you this "System has encountered an unknown error." Wah liew! Wat's the bloody hell wrong with the system huh? So many unknown error to encounter ah?
4) Today error is bloody worst lor! I book spots for a campaign, both paid and bonus... Print out the listings, fax to agency... The agency supposed to book more bonus spots via the new system... But something very wrong with the system... The gal kip trying to book but kip getting errors... In the end, she only managed to add in the marketing scheme... So she told me to help her to book as the spots are quite urgent... I entered in the campaign ID... And to my HORROR, my spots are all gone!!! WHAT HAPPENED?! WHY LIKE THIS?! I'm freaked out lor... Almost got a heart attack lor... I seek help from my colleagues but none of them had encountered such errors/ problems before... So I seek help from my mentor instead... I relate to her the error/ problem tat had happened... And as usual, she called the IT fellas... And as usual, we need to raise a report... Wah liew! This type of thingy cannot happened one lah... We'll get heart attack every now and then if the same problem/ error occur lor...
Before the launch, everyone was saying great thingy abt the system... 说到天上有地下无 lor... Why nobody mentioned abt the huge amount of errors, problems and kana thrown out thingy? The sad part is: 我们不能回头了! 若有错, 也得继续错下去了... 唯一的选择就是: 想办法补救 lor! 要救多久, 能救多久, 就不得而知了... :(
