Our new system finally goes live liao... In fact, the new system went live on Monday liao... Tot tat's the end of our problems? I think the worst had yet to come lor...
No OT for these few days but my colleagues and I kip facing problems with the system lor... Initially when we tried out the system, the booking speed was quite fast, and we were rather impressed... However, since Monday, the system booking speed was like crawling lor... Wah liew! Really very pek chek lor...
Booked too many spots at one go, the system will tell you " Operation timed out!"
Suka suka, the system will tell you "System has encountered an unknown error!"
Bloody not happy, system will tell you " " (Yes, you din see anything! Coz the system din tell you wat it buay song abt, it only want you to press the OK button and get lost!)
The bloody worst part is to request for credit extension lor... Even if you wanted to extend juz $1, you've to go thru 5 ppl lor... *Slap forehead* And to make things worse, you gotta make use of the extension within 3days or else you gotta request for the extension again lor! Alamak! *Slap forehead again* Why like this?
You 'not happy' with the system 'attitude', file a report lor... And the report will take ages to resolve... Wah liew again! Where got time to wait for all these?
Do we have another choice? No lor...
So wat can we do? Nothing but to bear with it lor and raise more reports lor...
Life aint easy in the past... Now even harder...
