My mood for today is slightly better...
Though I still need to spend hours to delete spots, at least I know tat I still got ard 5 hours time to do so... But of coz, I really dun wish and did not spend 5 hours to delete the spots lor... Kip it as a record bah: I spent another 3.5hours to delete 66spots today... And yes, according to my colleagues, I flared up (scolded the salesperson). He kip mentioning tat 他很可怜... PHUI LAH! I asked him back lor "你可怜, then 我们就该死啊? 你可怜什么? 要booked也是我这边 booked, delete 也是要我这里delete lor. 你有什么好可怜的?" I told him abt yesterday the time I took to cancel those spots lor... And all he can say is sorry...
Sometimes it's not us, the Ad Admin wanna be nasty to the salespersons. It's the salespersons asking for scolding from us lor... C'mon lah... If the salespersons obey the R & Rs, will they get scolding from us? If they can give us the approval we need, if they can give us the order forms we need, if they can send in their bookings earlier in advance, if they can collect the payment for direct clients way in advance, will they get nasty treatments from us? I believe the whole group of us aint tat unreasonable lor... Who wish to raise their voices all the time? We gals oso wish to have a nice, demure, gentle image lor, but this kinda image is getting hard to maintain and achieve liao lor... Sighz...
